A young estate agency with a long history
Marhouse International is anestate agency in Elche (Alicante, Spain) dedicated to the sale and development of homes and all kinds of property in the Elche area and on the Costa Blanca.
We deal with both the sale of our own property developments, as well as with property brokering.
We are a relatively young company, as we started in 2007, although the consolidation of Marhouse was the result of more than 30 years’ experience in the property market.
Throughout our history, we have carried out some of the most emblematic building developments in Elche such as Cantallops, la Joya de Santa Ana or houses on the Alicante coast such as Villa arenalya in Arenales del Sol.
Sale of apartments on the Costa Blanca to British citizens
As well as dealing with the local market, for many years we have also focused our attentions on the sale of houses as a second home on the Costa Blanca to British clients.
We currently work with several agents in the United Kingdom and are associated with Euro Sun Costa Blanca, a property company together with whom we have attended various trade fairs at the Olympia Convention Centre in London.
International investment projects
At Marhouse, as well asselling flats in Elche, we are also present in the national (Spain) and international market with investments in the Valencian Community, Galicia, Menorca and Poland.
